What better day to launch a blog than the start of the Guadalajara International Book Fair?
This fair will be held in the Expo Exhibition Centre in Guadalajara from November 26th to December 4th. Digital Books will be there.
The Guadalajara International Book Fair is the largest publishing encounter in Latin America and an extraordinary cultural festival. Founded 30 years ago by the University of Guadalajara, it is a fair for professionals and the public alike, unlike the other main fairs held around the world. Without straying from its vocation as a business meeting, the FIL was designed as a cultural festival in which literature is the backbone, with a programme in which authors from all continents and languages participate, as well as a space for the academic discussion of the main subjects relevant today.
